In-built Economiser
To mix the hot water of the boiler with cold water, adjusting the dose and the temperature. Can be set to 3 recipes.
Ergonomic steam wands
Maximum comfort to support baristas in their frenetic everyday activities. The adjustable steam output guarantees perfectly frothed milk in just a few quick steps.
PGS system
Via Bluetooth, this connects the E71 TOUCH with the doser grinder for a perfect grind in terms of dose and size, without any need for the barista to take action.
